Emotional Thoughts Wave theory ETW

"Rather than being your thoughts and emotions, be the awareness behind them."
Eckhart Tolle, A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose

Quantum physics is the inspiration for the Emotional Thoughts Wave theory (ETW). Nir Golan Educator and Leadership Expert developed this theory while using his self experience as a manager's trainer.
Due to ETW theory you’ll find your mindset a lot easier to understand and improve your awareness to your thoughts and emotions.
Everything Is Made Of Emotions; Also, Thoughts.
Everything in the mindset has both thought and emotion nature, at the same time.
Everything in the mindset also has thought nature.
Describing mindset as both thoughts and emotions is necessarily somewhat imprecise. Properly speaking, the mindset described by Emotional Thoughts Wave theory (ETW) is neither thoughts nor emotions, but a third category that shares some properties of emotions (a characteristic frequency and wavelength, some spread over the body) and some properties of thoughts (they’re generally countable and can be localized to some degree in our body).
The first level of emotional awareness is knowing when feelings are present in ourselves. We become "aware" of the feeling when we first think about it or realize we feel something at that moment. It is named the "Wave stage".
Nature has given us a sophisticated guidance system in our feelings. Our negative feelings, for example, call our attention to things which are not healthy for us. They tell us when we are out of balance. If we feel lonely, for example, we need more connection with other people. It is an example of both feelings and thoughts at the same time: wave combined with location.
This is also the aspect of the theory that leads to things like thoughts being in multiple states of the mind at the same time. All we can predict is probability, and prior to a measurement that determines a particular outcome, the system being measured is in an indeterminate state that maps thoughts to a superposition of all possibilities with different probabilities.

The Emotional Thoughts Wave theory (ETW) points out that our feelings direct us to what is important to think about. Through thought, our feelings can point us to the causes of our negative feelings and to possible solutions. But if we fail to acknowledge our negative feelings, we won't be able to focus our attention on the problem that needs to be solved. For nature's inner guidance system to function we must acknowledge our feelings. The power of this model is the combination between wave and location at the same time: be aware to the direction of your emotional waves and the location of your thoughts at the same time.
